"I honestly never had StateFarm until a few months back, I had a local insurance company covering my auto + home needs. After running into professionality issues, with constantly calling/emailing and not receiving proper help unless walking in-person, I finally switched over. StateFarm’s payment plans adjusted to my financial needs and I was able to receive recent help with car insurance on my new truck. Assisted by Christian under Brett Veasey’s State Farm Insurance of Cobb County, my questions and problems were answered promptly. I’d strongly recommend this specific agency to anyone within the area!"

"Seven months ago my daughter was in a car accident that totaled my car. I had been working with State Farm Auto Claims and had provided all information to them. Six MONTHS after her accident was the first time Brett’s office reached out to me regarding said accident. I received an email from his office manager, Kaiya, on March 15th and responded on March 19th when I seen the email. Shortly after I received a letter from State Farm stating they would not be renewing our auto policy (I have been with State Farm for 23 years) due to not getting the information needed for underwriting. (The information I had provided to Brett’s office) Since the letter was dated March 21st this leads me to believe that Kaiya should have requested the necessary information previously but didn’t. On March 27th (day I received letter) I reached out to Kaiya, she reassured me that everything would be taken care of and that I would not have to worry about my coverage. Today, April 10th, I had not received any communication regarding said issue after asking for confirmation that this was all taken care of. I tried reaching out to corporate but was rerouted to Brett’s office. I decided on calling a different agents office and they were able to contact someone to see if the matter had been taken care of. This office was informed that Brett’s office had not corresponded with them since February and that it was for a completely different thing. After several other issues and then this HUGE fail, I decided to switch my agent and try to contact Brett directly to let him know of the situation. Upon speaking to his office I was informed that he does not work in the office *which I was already aware of* and that they would get in contact with him and someone would get back to me. Shortly after I received a call back from Kaiya. She told me that I would not be able to speak to Brett but that she could help me. I nicely told her that my issue was with her and that I wanted to speak directly to Brett. She again made it very clear that I would not be able to speak to him directly as she is the office manager and would handle any issues I may have. I let her know I would be filing a formal complaint with corporate (which I did today) and that I was switching agents. Her response was “that’s your right as a consumer, there’s a State Farm on every corner”. I find it very unprofessional that as my agent I am unable to speak with Brett directly, especially when the issue is with his office staff. As a business owner, I would want to help my customers in any manner possible and be available to make sure my staff was working in a mannerly time (since these issues are time restricted)."
